Se faculta al Gobierno para poner en circulación a razón de dos millones de pesos ($2.000,000) mensuales los bonos del Tesoro autorizados por la Ley 6ª de 1922. Pagados que sean los servicios enumerados en el artículo 42 de la Ley citada se aplicará el excedente de la emisión de seis millones (6.000,000) de bonos del Tesoro al pago de la deuda de Tesorería pendiente.
