Cancelación del Registro. El registro de las Reservas Naturales de la Sociedad Civil ante Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia podrá cancelarse en los siguientes casos:

Voluntariamente por el titular de la reserva.

Por desaparecimiento natural, artificial o provocado del ecosistema que se buscaba proteger.

Por incumplimiento del titular de la reserva de las obligaciones contenidas en este Decreto o de las normas sobre protección ambiental o sobre manejo y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales renovables.

Como consecuencia de una decisión judicial.
