A partir de la próxima vigencia fiscal, las pensiones por concepto de jubilación nacional de los servidores del ramo Docente, que actualmente gozan de ella, quedarán así:

a)

No habrá jubilación menor de treinta pesos ($ 30). Las que fueron decretadas por una cuantía menor de veinte pesos ($ 20), se subirán automáticamente a treinta pesos ($ 30) al entrar en vigencia la presente Ley.

b)

Las comprendidas entre veinte ($ 20) y cuarenta pesos ($ 40), se aumentarán en un cincuenta por ciento (50%).

c)

Las comprendidas entre cuarenta y un ($ 41) y sesenta pesos ($ 60), se aumentarán en un cuarenta por ciento (40%).

d)

Las comprendidas entre sesenta y uno ($ 61) y cien pesos ($ 100), se aumentarán en un treinta por ciento (30%).

e)

Las mayores de ciento un pesos ($101), se aumentarán en un diez por ciento (10%).
