Hipotecas abiertas con límite de cuantía . Siempre que se constituyan hipotecas abiertas en donde se fijen las cuantías máximas de la obligación que garantiza el gravamen, los derechos notariales se liquidarán con base en dicha cuantía. (Decreto 188 de 2013, artículo 24)
