Consejo de la Medalla. El Consejo de la medalla militar “AL VALOR”, estará integrado así, según sea la Fuerza a la cual pertenezca el candidato para su otorgamiento.

Presidente Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares o el Comandante de la respectiva Fuerza, según corresponda.

Vicepresidente Jefe de Estado Mayor Conjunto o Segundo Comandante o su equivalente en cada Fuerza, según corresponda.

Vocal Jefe de Operaciones Conjuntas o Jefe de Operaciones o su equivalente de cada Fuerza, según corresponda.

Secretario Jefe de Desarrollo Humano Conjunto o el Director de Personal de la Fuerza, según corresponda.
