Artículo único. Destínase del Tesoro nacional la suma de mil quinientos pesos para auxiliar al señor Rafael Celedón en la publicacion de la Gramática de la lengua arahuaca que tiene escrita y desea dar á luz, para instruccion y enseñanza de los naturales del Territorio nacional de la Nevada.
