El pago de derechos de registro y de derechos notariales, en los actos de transferencia de dominio que se autoricen notarialmente y que se sometan a registro, producidos y realizados el día 29 de noviembre de 2008 exclusivamente, resultado de la jornada de conciliación que se efectúe en los municipios de Ataco y Chaparral, Tolima, por parte del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural con la colaboración del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y la Universidad de la Florida, tendrán un costo de mil pesos ($1.000).
