EL Gobierno tomará á su cargo los niños que residan en una colonia ó lazareto ó que nazcan allí, y los sostendrá y educará en establecimientos que creará al efecto; pero en ningún caso estarán en un mismo local los niños enfermos de lepra con los no leprosos.
