Artículo trece. Para poderse matricular, el aspirante deberá presentar y aprobar un examen de admisión sobre las materias que señale el ministerio de Educación Nacional. Dichos exámenes pueden ser presentados en las ciudades que determine el Ministerio de Salud Pública previo señalamiento; con la debida anticipación, de la fecha en que deban practicarse.
