Por haber sido suprimido el puesto de Director General de Correo y Telégrafos, la funciones de miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Auxilios de los ramos Postal y Telegráfico, que a tal empleado le asignaba la Ley 82 de 1912, quedarán a cargo del Ministro de Gobierno, o por delegación de éste, del Secretario de aquel Ministerio.
