Tanto la suma destinada en la presente Ley, como la apropiada para el mismo fin en la Ley 116 de 1959 , se aplicarán en su totalidad para cualesquiera de las finalidades determinadas en el artículo anterior, especialmente para la construcción del acueducto, si así se resolviere.
