Concepto de prestaciones mercantiles. Las prestaciones mercantiles pueden consistir en actos y operaciones de los participantes en el mercado, relacionados con la entrega de bienes y mercancías, la prestación de servicios o el cumplimiento de hechos positivos o negativos, susceptibles de apreciación pecuniaria, que se constituyen en la actividad concreta y efectiva para el cumplimiento de un deber jurídico.
