En los casos en que el valor de la propiedad destruida sea inferior al valor que se asigna a la casa de cuya adjudicación se trata, el damnificado se obligara a pagar la diferencia, y a garantizar dicha deuda mediante hipoteca del inmueble que recibe, dentro de un periodo no mayor de veinte años.
