°. Votos necesarios para la validez de las elecciones . Para la validez de las elecciones de directivos se requerirá como mínimo del voto del cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) de los comerciantes o afiliados con matrícula vigente, según a quien corresponda la elección. Si resulta fallida la elección se convocará a una segunda asamblea, la cual decidirá con un número plural de comerciantes o afiliados con matrícula vigente, según el caso, sin tener en cuenta porcentaje alguno.
