Art. 2.° El retrato al óleo de este distinguido ciudadano, tan meritorio por su patriotismo, desinterés y caridad, como por los importantes servicios prestados á la República en diferentes y honrosos puestos, será costeado por el Tesoro Nacional, y enviado á la Municipalidad de Antioquía para que dicha Corporación le dé la colocación que estime conveniente.
