º El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y surte efectos fiscales a partir del día primero de enero de mil novecientos setenta y tres (1973), para los empleados que en esa fecha se encontraban prestando sus servicios en el Ministerio de Justicia y sean designados para desempeñar empleos correspondientes a la planta de personal de que trata este Decreto. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
