Artículo séptimo. Las áreas restituidas con arreglo al artículo 10 de la Ley 10ª de 1961 serán materia de una subasta cuando los lotes devueltos sean continuos. Si no lo fueren, cada uno de ellos podrá licitarse separadamente o agregarse a otro u otros lotes devueltos de concesiones colindantes. Para tales fines se tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto en los tres primeros incisos del artículo 6º de aquella ley.
