ARTICULO 14. En el mismo sitio donde funcione el jurado de votación, la Registraduría y la Alcaldía Distrital o Municipal instalarán un cubículo dentro del cual cada elector podrá escoger libremente y en secreto la opción que prefiera. Dicho cubículo estará cubierto de manera que el ciudadano quede aislado de los demás electores y de los miembros del jurado de votación.
