Todo estudiante de Derecho podrá obtener gratuitamente, con la certificación de ser alumno matriculado en la Facultad respectiva, firmada por el Decano o por el Rector y el Secretario, un ejemplar de la Constitución Nacional, de cada uno de los códigos y de las demás obras de carácter jurídico editados en la Imprenta Nacional que se hallen en depósito, en el que necesariamente habrá de conservarse una reserva para atender las solicitudes de los legisladores.
