Las sociedades anónimas que tengan por objeto permanente y exclusivo el desarrollo de industrias complementarias a la producción de hierro y que en más de un 50% utilicen en su proceso de transformación artículos de Acerías Paz del Río S. A., o importados al país en trueque por estos artículos, tendrán derecho a gozar de las exenciones consagradas en el artículo 112.
