En el caso de los Barrios Quiroga (8º etapa) y Musa (Ospina Pérez, 2º etapa), de Bogotá y de Popayán, sobre los cuales ya son conocidas varias reclamaciones por el Instituto, se procederá a constituir la Comisión Técnica de que trata el artículo 2º , tan pronto como fuere expedida la presente Ley.
