Los canales digitales, satelitales y de contenidos audiovisuales pertenecientes a las instituciones de Educación Superior, públicas o privadas, o a las asociaciones que las representen, que celebren convenios pertinentes, serán de interés público, entendiendo el objeto y desarrollo de su actividad como un beneficio educativo al interés colectivo. Esta declaratoria permitirá priorizar apoyos técnicos, recursos públicos y medidas de protección para garantizar su operación continua.
