Art. 37.° Los Administradores de Correos dictarán las providencias que estimen conducentes para evitar los fraudes que se cometen por los conductores, llevando correspondencia, encomiendas i efectos fuera de la balija. Llegado el caso de cojer infraganti a algun conductor, ademas de exijirle la responsabilidad, conforme a la lei orgánica del ramo de Correo se dará cuenta al Ministerio Publico, para los efectos del artículo 34.
