ARTICULO 80 . Competencia a prevención . Cuando el hecho punible se haya realizado en varios sitios, en lugar incierto o en el extranjero, conocerá el funcionario judicial competente por la naturaleza del hecho, del territorio en el cual se haya formulado primero la denuncia, o donde primero se hubiere proferido resolución de apertura de instrucción. Si se hubiere iniciado simultáneamente en varios sitios, será competente el funcionario judicial del lugar en el cual fuere aprehendido el imputado y si fueren varios los capturados, el del lugar en que se llevó a cabo la primera aprehensión. Lo dispuesto en este artículo se aplicará cuando se trate de delitos conexos.
