Artículo segundo. Los equipajes de las personas enumeradas en el artículo anterior estarán exentos de derechos de aduana. Pero la introducción de estos equipajes requiere la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, mediante una solicitud del interesado en la cual se enumeren los objetos de eventual importación. Comuníquese y publíquese.
