El reembolso de los capitales extranjeros traídos y no registrados con anterioridad al 17 de junio de 1957, y de los importados o que se importen después de esa fecha, con excepción de los contemplados en el artículo 44 de la Ley 1º de 1959 y disposiciones que lo adicionan o modifican, así como la transferencia de sus utilidades, se hará por medio de la adquisición de divisas libres, salvo en el caso del artículo siguiente.
