Representantes legales . El Consejo Indígena designará el representante legal del Territorio Indígena, quien ejercerá la representación legal, judicial y extrajudicial del mismo, y asumirá las responsabilidades a que haya lugar frente a las autoridades competentes. El Consejo Indígena registrará el nombramiento del representante legal del Territorio Indígena ante el Ministerio del Interior. Esta entidad deberá realizar el registro dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la radicación de los documentos, siendo este un trámite de mera publicidad. El Ministerio del Interior no tendrá injerencia alguna dentro de las decisiones del Consejo Indígena. TÍTULO V PLAN DE VIDA O SU EQUIVALENTE
