Artículo décimo. Los patronos que presten gratuitamente el servicio de transporte a sus trabajadores, ya en forma directa o mediante contratos celebrados con empresas de esta actividad, podrán señalar rutas y horas para recogerlos. Los trabajadores deberán someterse a tal reglamentación, pero continuarán teniendo derecho al auxilio aquellos cuya residencia diste más de mil (1.000) metros del punto más cercano de la ruta.
