La solicitud de expedición o de renovación de la tarjeta profesional y de la tarjeta de dependiente, se formularán por escrito, en papel común, por el abogado, o por éste y el dependiente, según el caso, al Ministerio de Justicia, para que él, con vista en el registro competente, proceda de conformidad. Tales diligencias no causan derecho alguno.
