Otorgamiento De Avales Por No Residentes

Deberán canalizarse a través del mercado cambiario los ingresos y egresos de divisas correspondientes a avales y garantías otorgados por no residentes para respaldar el cumplimiento de obligaciones derivadas de operaciones de cambio y operaciones internas.

Parágrafo

Las operaciones de que trata el presente artículo deberán informarse al Banco de la República en los términos y condiciones que señale dicha entidad.
