amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 253 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 253. La persona que conduzca vehículo automotor bajo excitación producida por el alcohol, será llevada por el Agente que conozca el hecho a la oficina de Tránsito o de Policía más cercana, únicamente a fin de someterla a examen para establecer el estado en que se encuentra.
