Comité Técnico Departamental y Distrital. Los departamentos y el distrito capital crearán Comités Técnicos en sus respectivas jurisdicciones, integrados por representantes regionales de los distintos sectores involucrados en el desarrollo de la Red. El Comité Técnico definirá su propio reglamento interno, se reunirá ordinariamente una (1) vez por semestre y será presidido por el director territorial de salud. La Secretaría Técnica estará a cargo del responsable del área de salud pública de la dirección territorial de salud. (Artículo 13 del Decreto 2323 de 2006)
