Entrega anticipada de inmuebles. La entrega de los inmuebles podrá hacerse antes del avalúo, cuando el demandante así lo solicite y consigne a órdenes del juzgado, como garantía del pago de la indemnización, una suma igual al avalúo catastral vigente más un cincuenta por ciento.
