LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 199. EXPEDIENTES. Los documentos que se requieran para las reclamaciones de prestaciones sociales del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, serán expedidos en papel común, pudiendo aceptarse los que produzcan equipos electrónicos o similares, siempre y cuando éstos sean refrendados con firmas autorizadas. A los interesados no se les podrá gravar con el cobro de copias, timbres, aranceles u otra clase de impuestos por este concepto.
