Las sumas que el Municipio de Cali o la Empresa Eléctrica de que este sea accionista remitan al exterior con el objeto de cubrir allí el valor de la planta eléctrica que presta actualmente servicio en dicho municipio, estarán exentas de todos los impuestos que gravan las operaciones sobre cambio exterior.
