Los Oficiales Generales y los Comandantes de tropas, sean colombianos o extranjeras, al servicio del Ejército, que cometieren uno cualquiera de los delitos enumerados en el artículo 150 del Código Penal, serán castigados con la pena de veinticinco años de reclusión militar.
