DE LAS PROHIBICIONES PARA LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS JUNTAS Y PARA LOS GERENTES O DIRECTORES. Además de las prohibiciones contenidas en otras normas, Los miembros de las Juntas y los Gerentes o Directores no podrán

a)

Aceptar, sin permiso del Gobierno departamental, cargos, mercedes, invitaciones o cualquier otra clase de beneficios provenientes de entidades o Gobiernos extranjeros;

b)

Solicitar o recibir, directamente o por interpuesta persona, gratificaciones, dádivas o recompensas como retribución por actos inherentes a su cargo, y

c)

Solicitar o aceptar comisiones en dinero o en especie por concepto de adquisición de bienes y servicios para el organismo. Sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones a que hubiere lugar, quien viole las disposiciones establecidas en este artículo deberá ser destituido.
