Art. 2.° El jefe de la seccion 3.ª de la Secretaría del Tesoro hará describir en los libros de la cuenta de su oficina las operaciones a que dé lugar esta traslacion, i el de la seccion de contabilidad de la Secretaría de Guerra hará desaparecer de la de su cargo las cantidades espresadas, por medio de contrapartidas.
