Destínase para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley la suma de setecientos mil pesos ($ 700.000.00) que serán apropiados en el Presupuesto Nacional, pero en el caso de que así no se hiciere, queda facultado el Gobierno para abrir los créditos o hacer los traslados necesarios para realizar las obras de que trata el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

La suma a que se refiere este artículo será entregada a la Tesorería General del Arzobispado de Bogotá y su inversión será fiscalizada por la Contraloría General de la República.
