° Las construcciones y acondicionamiento que se lleven a cabo en desarrollo de las estipulaciones contenidas en este Decreto, se harán por conducto de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, ajustándose a las normas sobre control fiscal y demás disposiciones que rigen para dicha Empresa.
