Para los efectos del artículo 6º de la ley 83 de 1935, el evalúo del predio que haya de expropiarse de será superior al promedio que arroje en el catastro durante los tres años anteriores a aquel en el que se dicte la resolución administrativa de expropiación. Los peritos tendrán en cuenta, además, el aumento probable, por causa de la parcelación, del valor de la parte no expropiada del fundo.
