º. A los familiares del empleado del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad que fallezca en acción violenta del servicio, Ia Junta Administradora del Fondo podrá concederle en forma discrecional y por una sola vez, un auxilio equivalente a treinta (30) veces la asignación básica mensual que percibía en la fecha de la acción violenta.
