° Solicitud de certificación. Cuando el Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras considere que ya no se requiere la participación accionaria del Fondo en una de las instituciones que ha contribuido a capitalizar, preparará un informe acerca de la situación financiera y administrativa de ésta, y solicitará al Superintendente Bancario que certifique que el estado de saneamiento permite proceder a su venta.
