A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley solo tendrán el carácter de pruebas principales, del estado civil respecto de los nacimientos, matrimonios, defunciones, reconocimientos y adopciones que se verifiquen con posterioridad a ella, las copias auténticas de las partidas del registro del estado civil, expedidas por los funcionarios de que trata la presente Ley.
