De los representantes en les consejos. Los representantes de los empleadores y de los trabajadores serán escogidos por el Gobernador del Departamento en el cual se baile la sede de la seccional, de candidatos propuestos por las organizaciones gremiales y sindicales, de conformidad con los reglamentos que se expidan al respecto. Dichos representantes tendrán un periodo de dos años.
