° El actual Médico del Ferrocarril del Tolima y Huila-Caquetá prestará también sus servicios en la parte baja del ferrocarril de Girardot. El Médico actual de esta Empresa atenderá al resto de la línea, y para atender a los enfermos de la misma que se encuentren hospitalizados en Bogotá y Facatativá, créase otro puesto de Médico, con una asignación mensual de cien pesos ($ 100), y; nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor doctor Pedro Medellín.
