Los Directores de institutos donde hubiere becas oficiales exigirán en cada matrícula la presentación de un acudiente abonado que atienda al alumno en los casos necesarios. Si el Director omitiere esta formalidad, por ese mismo hecho se constituye en acudiente del alumno.
