Art. 282. Si al tiempo de notificarse á un designado su elección para Juez de hecho no fuere hallado, y no hubiere dato seguro de que se ha ausentado del Distrito, se le hará dicha notificación por medio de una boleta que se fijará en la puerta de su casa de habitación, y que suscribirán el Secretario y un testigo.

Esta notificación surte los efectos legales.
