º. Conexión del usuario operador de las zonas francas industriales de bienes y de servicios al sistema informático aduanero. Lo dispuesto en el artículo 5º de este Decreto, se aplicará al usuario operador de las zonas francas industriales de bienes y de servicios, para lo cual la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales fijará los requisitos y condiciones para su conexión al sistema informático aduanero.
