En los casos de error aritmético o en el nombre del disciplinado, de la entidad donde laboraba, o del cargo que ocupaba o de omisión sustancial en la parte resolutiva del fallo, éste deberá ser corregido o adicionado, de oficio o a petición de parte, por el mismo funcionario que lo haya dictado y se darán los avisos respectivos.
